Cybersecurity Threat Hunter

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Threat Hunter to join our National Energy System Operator (NESO) Security team. As part of this exciting opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a cutting-edge vulnerability management service and supporting the NESO Security strategy.

• You will help deliver, maintain, and improve the vulnerability management program for our organisation.
• As part of a team, you will identify, assess, prioritise, and organise remediation of vulnerabilities across our IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• You will coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as IT teams, business units, vendors, auditors, and regulators.
• You will help develop and implement vulnerability management policies, standards, procedures, and best practices.
• You will provide support with vulnerability management projects, initiatives, and strategies.
• You will help scope and organise penetration testing for applications and infrastructure within our business.

A competitive salary between £45,000 – 52,000, dependent on experience and capability.
