Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Blue Square, an award-winning retail marketing agency. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, streamlining processes, and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our retail initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
