About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Felbrigg House, a specialist service for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career, working closely with our experienced staff and management team. We offer a range of training and development opportunities, including NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, to help you achieve your career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising and overseeing the smooth running of a shift
  • Ensuring the wellbeing of all service users
  • Responding to any challenges or concerns
  • Supervising support staff
  • Organising activities and administering medication
  • Communicating with families and professionals
  • Overseeing daily reports, budgets, and financial audits
  • Completing H&S checks

We are looking for a positive and professional individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. If you have experience as a Senior Support Worker or in a similar role, and hold the NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, we would love to hear from you.
