Job Title: Highly Specialised Clinical Cardiac Physiologist - Echocardiography Expert
Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at Bupa. As a highly specialised expert in echocardiography, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality cardiac physiology services within our Clinical Investigation Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and interpret echocardiographic investigations, including adult, contrast, and bubble studies, as well as dobutamine stress echocardiograms.
- Assist with transoesophageal echocardiograms and provide professional guidance in echocardiographic matters.
- Perform and interpret 12-lead ECGs, Holter monitors, and exercise treadmill tests.
- Contribute to the maintenance of an ordered filing and retrieval system and electronic computer database of patients' recordings, measurements, and reports.
- Participate in quality assurance and audit programmes to ensure clinical governance standards are met.
Requirements:
- BSc (Hons) in Clinical Physiology or equivalent.
- Transthoracic (TTE) Level 2 accreditation by the British Society of Echocardiography or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience of advanced and highly specialised procedures acquired through accredited courses.
