Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Service Delivery Professional to join our team at Polytec Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to customers via live chat, email, telephone, and ticketing services.
- Troubleshoot basic platform areas and escalate complex issues to senior technicians.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Evaluate and improve customer experiences through feedback and continuous learning.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an IT environment.
- An IT-based qualification (e.g., CompTIA A+ or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, Windows, and application support.
- Excellent communication skills with customer service experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
