About the Role

As an IT Support Professional Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

You will also have the opportunity to learn about new technologies, participate in projects, and develop your problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  2. Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Liaise with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  4. Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends
