Reactive Recruitment is seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team. As a valued member, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care services.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 12 months post-qualification experience in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Paramedics, or Physiotherapy. You will be responsible for conducting daily assessments, maintaining detailed records, and producing comprehensive reports. Your professionalism and excellent communication skills will be essential in upholding the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct three daily assessments to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed records and produce comprehensive reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Uphold professionalism with all claimants, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 12 months post-qualification experience in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Paramedics, or Physiotherapy.
- Active NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions.
- The right to work in the UK.
- No prior Functional Specialist experience is needed; full training is provided.
