• Develop and implement cost estimation strategies to ensure accurate project budgets.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a strong track record of cost control and financial management.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
