Bespoke Automation Solutions Developer

We're seeking a skilled Bespoke Automation Solutions Developer to join our team at Knightway Associates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in designing, configuring, and commissioning bespoke systems. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and commission bespoke systems for the automotive test industry.
- Integrate third-party hardware into test environments, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Develop automation sequences and customize software to meet client needs, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Provide on-site client training and support, empowering customers to get the most out of our solutions.
- Perform maintenance, calibration, and fault diagnosis, guaranteeing the reliability of our systems.
Candidate Profile:
- Electrical qualification or relevant experience, with a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles.
- Basic programming skills (e.g., C#, Visual Basic) and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with extensive UK travel, occasional overseas trips, and flexible working arrangements.
