About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Springfield Lodge Day Nursery and Preschool in Dartford. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development and learning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and partnership working.
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, and protection of children, adhering to all relevant legislation and guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of our children.

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislative requirements.
