Job Summary:
A Part-time Technical Administrative Assistant is required for a well-established family run business based in Sheffield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both paper and electronic filing systems, ensuring accurate and readily available information, distributing technical documentation to all departments, supporting audits and customer visits, maintaining the internal audit programme, handling complaints, providing support to other departments, keeping records up to date, identifying and ensuring required training organised and achieved, working as a team, dealing with requests by phone or email, greeting visitors, general filing, delivery booking in, arranging and sorting post etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage paper and electronic filing systems
  • Evaluate accuracy and availability of information
  • Distribute technical documentation to departments
  • Support audits and customer visits
  • Maintain internal audit programme
  • Handle complaints
  • Provide support to other departments
  • Keep records up to date
  • Organise and achieve required training
