About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Safran Engineering Services UK Limited. This role will be based in Gloucester and will involve planning and coordination of all design activities to ensure on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tools, processes, and methods for delivery of design deliverables
  • Audit design engineering deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Lead project teams through the full programme lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions
Requirements
  • Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering degree
  • Significant experience in project leadership and programme delivery
  • Strong planning and scheduling skills, with ability to coordinate multiple design modules
