Care and Support Specialist

We are currently recruiting skilled Healthcare Assistants in the Bournemouth area to work with our esteemed clients in nursing and residential homes. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to patients, including monitoring their conditions, assisting with daily tasks, and ensuring their comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any concerns to the relevant authorities
- Providing personal care, such as bathing and dressing, to ensure patients maintain their dignity
- Assisting patients with meal times and helping them with feeding when required
- Showcasing empathy and compassion while interacting with patients
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare setting within the last 2 years
