Job Title: Theatre Practitioner - Scrub Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Cromwell Hospital. About the Role:
  • Provide surgical support for Gynaecology, Urology, and Robotics cases
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Participate in the delegation and supervision of junior grades, non-registered, and less experienced staff
  • Assist in the positioning and preparation of patients for clinical/operative procedures
  • Help to control cross-infection by observing departmental policy regarding dress, maintenance of a clean working environment, decontamination, and sterilisation procedures
Requirements:
  • RN – 1st level Registration Adult and/or Children / Diploma or Degree in Health Care Studies / ODP Level 3 NVQ / ODA 752
  • Previous scrub nurse experience
