Customer Service Officer (Admin)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a temporary on-going basis. This is a fast-paced office administration role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and word processing
  • Process customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately input data into our IT systems
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • College or university education level or previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong working knowledge of IT systems, including Windows-based applications
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups
  • Ability to prioritize workload and pay attention to detail

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.18ph increasing to £12.44ph after 12 weeks
  • A temporary on-going contract with the possibility of becoming permanent
