Customer Services Officer (Hybrid) Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Customer Services Officer to join our team in Bournemouth. As a Customer Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling queries and concerns related to Council Tax, Parking, Concessionary Travel, Blue Badges, and Homeless and General Enquiries.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer calls and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide information and assistance on Council Tax, Parking, Concessionary Travel, Blue Badges, and Homeless and General Enquiries
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues
* Maintain accurate records and reports
**Requirements:**
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive hourly rate of £12.18
* Temporary contract with potential for permanent position after 12 weeks
* Hybrid working arrangement, with flexibility to work from home and attend office when required
