As a Sales Associate at PVH, you will be part of a dynamic team in a luxury retail environment where you will share a passion for our brand and values with customers and colleagues.

Leading by example and putting PVH values into practice are essential in this role. You will inspire your team to drive sales, minimize losses, and create an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a visually distinctive and impeccably maintained store.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and possessing successful link selling skills to drive business.
  • Holding the ability to outfit build for customers and make further product recommendations to drive store KPIs.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
  • Being a Brand Ambassador and staying up-to-date with current fashion and market trends.
  • Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed.
  • Showing flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment, especially during peak trade.

You

  • Have previous experience in hospitality or retail.
  • Are hardworking with great communication skills.
  • Have an interest in Fashion/Retail.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask in high-pressure situations.
  • Are passionate about driving sales using digital platforms.
