We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Sandiway Lodge Nursing Home, part of Springcare Care Homes Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to inform care planning and ensure residents receive the best possible care.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in handovers and contribute to the development of care plans.
  • Administer medication and apply dressings as required.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate excellent care planning and clinical skills.
  • Show sensitivity, understanding, and a desire to help others.
  • A good knowledge of National Standards and a commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of practice.
  • Hold a current and active NMC pin number.
  • Be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or handheld device.
