My Client, a leading social housing contractor, is seeking a Fire Risk Assessment Manager to join their management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing fire risk actions, interpreting industry knowledge, and deciding on the correct course of action.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Fire & Life Safety Systems industry, with a strong understanding of Fire Alarms (BS5839-1 and BS5839-6) and Emergency Lighting Systems (BS5266). A NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management qualification or completion of FIA fire industry training courses is desirable.

The role involves tracking works from quotation to billing, managing workload, and ensuring outstanding actions are within acceptable levels. Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, are essential. A strong financial awareness acquired in a contract management or service delivery role is preferred.

The company offers a competitive salary, car allowance, and annual bonus. The role involves hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The company provides free parking on site and a casual dress code.
