Coram Voice is seeking a dedicated and passionate Young People Advocate to join their team in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole. As a freelance advocate, you will play a crucial role in championing the rights of children and young people, working closely with the Coram Voice team to provide exceptional support and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for the rights and interests of children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with the Coram Voice team to develop and implement effective advocacy strategies, promoting the best interests of children and young people.
- Provide exceptional support and services to children and young people, including advice, guidance, and representation.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the rights and well-being of children and young people.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, young people, and stakeholders.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively represent the interests of children and young people.
- Knowledge of child and youth support services, including advocacy, advice, and guidance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
