Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our technical team in the delivery of PPM and Reactive maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of technicians and clients to ensure good working relationships are maintained and built upon.
  • Be the first line in all maintenance issues throughout allocated sites, with the ability to request specialist attendance when necessary.
  • Ensure the delivery of technical repairs and PPMs, with accurate and up-to-date compliance paperwork.
  • Complete a schedule of compliance audits in a timely fashion, taking corrective action as required.
  • Drive process improvements and support the training of direct reports.
Requirements:
  • GCSE/Standard Grade level as a minimum.
  • NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/maintenance.
  • City and Guilds 2382 17th Edition or 18th edition (new).
  • Ability to maintain and repair a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment.
