Our esteemed establishment has earned a reputation for excellence, and we're seeking a talented and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Leading a team of chefs in the kitchen
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Contributing to the development of new recipes and dishes

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 to £35,000, plus tips of up to £5,000 per year, and the opportunity to live in
