Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious pharmacist to join our Oncology Pharmacy Team at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist cancer services for NHS Highland, treating patients with solid tumours and haematological malignancies.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, expand your clinical knowledge and skills, and participate in cancer clinical trials. Our team is committed to developing services to cancer patients, and we offer a supportive environment for career growth and development.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

We welcome applications from pharmacists with limited or no prior experience in cancer care, as we provide full support and training to enable you to develop your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist cancer services for NHS Highland
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Participate in cancer clinical trials
  • Expand clinical knowledge and skills
  • Contribute to the development of services to cancer patients

Requirements:

  • GPhC registered pharmacist
