Food Production Coordinator Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Food Production Coordinator to join our Catering team This role offers the opportunity to develop and maintain high-quality food products while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To oversee the preparation and cooking of meals
  • To direct chefs and catering staff within your section
  • To ensure strict health and hygiene practices
  • To troubleshoot any issues arising during food production

A salary of around £32,000 per year (estimated based on industry standards) is offered for this role.

Applicants should have significant experience working in professional kitchens and hold relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 in Catering & Hospitality or equivalent experience.
