A leading and growing firm of accountants based in Maidstone is seeking an experienced Accounts and Tax Senior to join their team. The firm offers excellent exposure and a great work-life balance, making it an ideal environment for professionals looking to progress in their accounting career.

The successful candidate will undertake a varied role across accounts preparation and review for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, as well as tax and other responsibilities on the compliance side. With a hands-on approach for complex cases, the role will develop with managerial responsibility over time, including increased client-facing responsibility and involvement in added-value advisory and planning projects.

Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with 3+ years of experience in an accountancy practice environment, preferably at the Accounts Senior level.
  • Strong grounding in preparing and reviewing accounts, tax, and general accountancy practice services to a mixed client base.
