Accounts and Tax Senior Opportunity

A leading and growing firm of accountants based in Maidstone is seeking an experienced Accounts and Tax Senior to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing and reviewing accounts, tax, and general accountancy practice services for a mixed client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
  • Manage and review work, with a hands-on approach for complex cases
  • Develop and implement tax and other responsibilities on the compliance side
  • Contribute to added value advisory and planning projects
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, with 3+ years of experience in an accountancy practice environment
  • Strong grounding in preparing and reviewing accounts, tax, and general accountancy practice services
  • Experience with Iris and cloud software such as Xero/Quickbooks is advantageous
