About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetic Therapist to join our team at The Dermatology Partnership. As a Medical Aesthetic Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and providing outstanding dermatology services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultation and Treatment Planning: Consult with patients to determine their treatment needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Treatment Delivery: Carry out a range of aesthetic treatments, including IPL, laser hair removal, and facial aesthetic treatments such as skin peels and microneedling.
  • Assisting Clinicians: Assist doctors and nurses with their treatments, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment journey.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 or above in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in the beauty and aesthetic industry, with a strong background in laser hair removal.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
