We are seeking a seasoned Defence Senior Project Manager to lead our projects in the defence sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage defence projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans, including risk management, resource allocation, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members, to ensure project success.
  • Provide expert advice on project management best practices, including risk management, quality assurance, and cost control.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in defence project management, with a strong track record of delivering high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Expert knowledge of project management best practices, including risk management, quality assurance, and cost control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
