Job Title: Receptionist

At YOTELPAD London Stratford, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Mission Control Crew. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Assistance: Greet and assist all guests entering the hotel, checking in at the Kiosks or Mission Control, and checking or retrieving their luggage.
  • Delivering Unparalleled Service: Deliver exceptional service above and beyond the norm to exceed customer expectations.
  • Guest Feedback and Complaints: Solicit and communicate guest feedback for continuous improvement, own all customer complaints and issues, and seek immediate resolve.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Extend professionalism and courtesy to fellow crew members and customers, attend pre-shift meetings, and be current on all in-house events and citywide attractions.
  • Knowledge and Support: Provide and assist guests with information on the area, directions, taxi, general services, etc. that enhances the YOTEL guest experience.
  • Emergency Procedures and Safety: Ensure thorough knowledge of emergency procedures, maintain absolute cleanliness and orderliness of Mission and Ground Control, and the Front Entrance of the hotel.
  • Financial Management: Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring to provide complete and accurate information, open, secure, and balance out daily shift bank, and learn the Hotel night audit systems.
  • Confidentiality and Knowledge: Respect the privacy and maintain confidentiality of guest information, maintain comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures, special promotions, and packages, and perform tasks as assigned by the Mission Control Manager, Mission Control Supervisors, or General Manager.
