Job Overview

As a Care Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents while fostering a supportive environment for your team.

  1. Supervise and lead a team of care staff, ensuring they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
  2. Develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents, guaranteeing they align with individual needs.
  3. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  4. Monitor the quality of care provided by the team, making improvements as necessary to maintain high standards.
  5. Host regular team meetings to discuss resident care, address concerns, and promote teamwork.
  6. Maintain accurate records of resident care and staff performance in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Foster a positive environment that promotes dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
  • Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is essential.
  • A solid understanding of care plans and the ability to adapt them based on changing needs.
  • Leadership experience within a care home setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
