We are currently seeking a Homecare Assistant - Blaby to join our team at Promedica24 UK Ltd. As a Homecare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily needs and promoting their independence.

About the Role
  • The estimated hourly rate for this position is £12.00 (Monday to Friday) and £13.00 (weekends), with enhanced pay on bank holidays.
  • Free online training and a uniform will be provided upon completion.
  • This is a flexible opportunity with 16-24 hours available per week.
  • An enhanced DBS check and 24/7 support are included.
  • Ongoing learning & development opportunities and a pension scheme are also available.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, daily support, and companionship to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
Requirements
  • No prior experience in the care sector is required, but it is desirable.
  • You must reside locally in Blaby or Lutterworth areas.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills are necessary.
  • A valid driving license and own vehicle are mandatory for this role.
Working Hours
  • We offer flexible working patterns, including full-time, morning, or evening shifts.
