Music Teacher Opportunity

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Music Teacher to join our team in a secondary school in Aberdare. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching music and be able to deliver engaging lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach music lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Prepare and deliver lesson plans in line with the national curriculum
  • Engage students with classroom and lab-based activities
  • Work in accordance with the school's behavior management policies

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of music teaching experience
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status or overseas equivalent
  • Registration as a Teacher with the EWC (the Education Workforce Council)
  • References covering the last two years
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
