About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care packages for service users in line with the Care Programme.
- Work collaboratively with service users, families/carers, and the multi-disciplinary team to provide a recovery-oriented approach and foster autonomy.
- Deliver person-centered care through collaboration and involvement.
