Roadside Rescue Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Roadside Rescue Technician to join our team at Westbourne Motors. As a Recovery Driver Trainee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth recovery of vehicles following breakdown or accident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service in a sometimes challenging environment.
• Demonstrating a proactive approach and flexibility in various situations.
• Ensuring the safe and efficient recovery of vehicles within a designated working area.

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years driving experience.
• A technical background is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
• CRB checks are mandatory.

Working Arrangements:

The shift pattern includes alternate weekends:

Week 1: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 21:00, Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 to 21:00.

Week 2: Monday, 10:00 to 21:00, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 07:00 to 18:00.

Remuneration:

• £30,000 per annum with a BE/3500kg driving licence.
• £34,000 per annum after achieving a Category C licence.
• Additional bonus opportunities up to £4,000 per year.
