Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Property Deal Maker to join our team in Brentwood, Essex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through property listings and sales, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and provide accurate valuations for properties.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your exceptional negotiation skills to secure listings and close deals.
  • Manage and update property listings, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly targets for listings, viewings, and sales.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in property sales, real estate, or a related sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to generate leads and source new business opportunities.
  • Strong customer orientation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic computer skills for managing property listings and CRM software.

What We Offer

  • A competitive estimated salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission opportunities, enabling you to earn as much as you desire.
  • Holiday allowance: 28 days per year, including public and bank holidays.
