We're seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Collaboration Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our success. We're offering a competitive salary range (£55,000 - £65,000 per annum), a car allowance, bonus scheme, annual salary review, medicash health cash plan, private healthcare, digital GP service, and cancer care. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve forecast accuracy and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective decision-making.
- Manage joint supply chain initiatives and ensure they are aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on service level performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
