About the Role

The Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford is seeking an exceptional Research Assistant to join the World Wealth and Happiness Global Effort (WWHGE).

As a Research Assistant, you will work closely with the Academic Director, Senior Research Manager, and Postdoctoral Researchers on Pillar 3 of the WWHGE, focusing on the development of a new science of implementation. Your primary responsibilities will include data analysis, statistics, and econometrics, as well as impact evaluation. You will also contribute to the development of research papers and reports.

Key Requirements:
  • Excellent data analysis and statistics/econometrics skills
  • Clear knowledge of impact evaluation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage research and administrative activities effectively
  • First degree in economics, public policy, or development studies
  • Experience in development economics and behavioural economics
