A highly respected developer specializing in luxury retirement living is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage residential projects in Oxford. The company has recently invested significantly in high-quality residential developments, offering a unique opportunity to work on exceptional projects. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee all commercial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring budgets and cost control are managed effectively. You will work closely with design and construction teams to deliver high-quality results, managing supplier and contractor relationships to maintain the highest standards.

Salary and Job Requirements
The estimated salary for this position is up to £80,000 + package. To be considered for this opportunity, you should have proven experience in residential developments, with a focus on retirement living or listed building refurbishments. A strong understanding of cost management and value engineering is essential, along with a background in delivering high-end projects with attention to detail.
