We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care that protects people's dignity and promotes their well-being.
  • Promote independence using enabling approaches and support people to meet their outcomes.
  • Connect people to their communities, accessing local support and services.
  • Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
  • Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
