About Us: GTS Group Ltd is a leading provider of advanced telematics solutions for commercial vehicles. Our team specialises in installing and maintaining cutting-edge technology, including multi cameras, 360 cameras, and dash cams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain telematics systems, including multi cams, 360 cameras, and dash cams, in commercial vehicles.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to ensure system functionality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, services, and customer interactions.
- Liaise with clients to ensure their telematics needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest telematics technology and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in installing and maintaining telematics systems in commercial vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of multi cams, 360 cameras, and dash cams.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated area.
