Job Title: Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver to join our team at Biffa Waste Services. As a key member of our transport team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection, transportation, and disposal of customers' waste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and operate Class 1 and 2 vehicles, adhering to company procedures and health and safety protocols.
  • Collect, transport, and dispose of customers' waste, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks, reporting defects and maintaining accurate records.
  • Complete all paperwork, including daily timesheets, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide sickness, breakdown, and holiday cover for colleagues as needed.
  • Attend training courses, meetings, and tool-box-talks to maintain skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with internal colleagues and external customers, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous Class 1 driving experience.
  • Previous Class 2 experience.
  • DCPC qualification.
  • Driving ADR Tankers (desirable).
