Deputy Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse-qualified Deputy Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care.

This Deputy Manager role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful care home in Norfolk, providing high-quality care to residents and supporting the home's management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care that meets the standards set by the CQC and local authority.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the care home staff, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels within the home, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC Pin.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within a care home.
