Get Recruited is exclusively supporting a rapidly expanding business that needs a skilled Salesforce Analyst to develop their CRM strategy and workflows. As part of this team, you'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and CRM Consultant to enhance lead conversion and campaign engagement.

• Develop targeted email campaigns to boost customer engagement and acquisition.
• Analyse CRM data to identify opportunities for automated workflows and enhanced lead nurturing.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure aligned CRM activities and business objectives.
• Maintain data quality and integrity, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Design and implement reporting and dashboards on Salesforce to track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a CRM Executive, Campaign Manager Executive, or similar role.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce.
• Proficient in managing, processing, and segmenting data.
• Familiarity with setting up and maintaining automated workflows and journeys.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships within and outside the organisation.
