Job Overview:

Superior Healthcare is seeking a skilled Care Professional to join our team in providing high-quality care services to individuals with complex needs. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to clients with complex needs, including those with seizures and requiring specialized medication management.
  • Work collaboratively with a small team of support workers and registered nurses to deliver comprehensive care services.
  • Participate in thorough induction and ongoing training programs to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and support the implementation of individualized care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of professional care experience in a UK healthcare setting.
  • Experience working with complex care clients, including those with seizures and requiring specialized medication management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
