We are seeking an experienced Salesperson to join our team at PER International, a world-class manufacturer of power systems and battery chargers. If you have a strong understanding of the rail sector and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.

As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the rail industry. You will also have the opportunity to work with our client, who is investing heavily in this market and is committed to providing support from the top down.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the rail industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the rail sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the rail industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales results

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales/business development experience with market knowledge of the rail industry
  • Technical qualification; minimum HNC in Electronics
  • Experience leading new business development efforts and pursuing new market opportunities
  • Ability to travel within the UK, about 50% of the time
