About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts and HR Assistant. As a key member of our close-knit team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our growing private psychiatry clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payments and invoicing
  • Record income and expenditure in Sage
  • Assist with financial forecasting
  • Review staff timesheets
  • Administer invoices
  • Filing HR documentation
  • Track staff holidays
  • Organize interviews and prepare documentation for new members of staff
  • Perform ad-hoc clinical admin tasks
  • Respond to clinic emails and phone calls
  • Maintain good relations with customers and business partners

Requirements:

  • Good levels of literacy and numeracy
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • High levels of organization
  • Willingness to use your own initiative
  • Strong and empathetic communication skills
  • Ability to use Excel proficiently
  • Accounting/HR experience
  • Experience using Sage 50 Accounts
