Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts and HR Assistant. As a key member of our close-knit team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our growing private psychiatry clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payments and invoicing
- Record income and expenditure in Sage
- Assist with financial forecasting
- Review staff timesheets
- Administer invoices
- Filing HR documentation
- Track staff holidays
- Organize interviews and prepare documentation for new members of staff
- Perform ad-hoc clinical admin tasks
- Respond to clinic emails and phone calls
- Maintain good relations with customers and business partners
Requirements:
- Good levels of literacy and numeracy
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of organization
- Willingness to use your own initiative
- Strong and empathetic communication skills
- Ability to use Excel proficiently
- Accounting/HR experience
- Experience using Sage 50 Accounts
