About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our Pershore shop team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our shop's daily activities, including managing donations, organizing displays and merchandising, and coordinating stock deliveries and collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Shop Manager in managing the shop's daily operations
  • Manage donations, organize displays and merchandising, and coordinate stock deliveries and collections
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of volunteers to ensure they are fully equipped to support our cause
  • Work collaboratively with the Shop Manager to shape the shop's local impact and create a welcoming and engaging space for customers and volunteers

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a retail environment, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, friendly attitude. You will also possess strong computer and administrative skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team. If you have experience in managing volunteers and some background in fundraising, this would be a definite advantage.
