About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a specialist, multi-disciplinary team that provides intensive support to individuals with autism and mental health needs. You will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments, developing and implementing autism-informed interventions, and working closely with families and care providers to provide individualized training and support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver autism-informed interventions to reduce the risk of hospital admission
- Work closely with families and care providers to provide individualized training and support
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a professional registered qualification in learning disability, autism, and/or mental health, as well as substantial post-registration experience at Band 5 or above. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
