Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Barclays Bank PLC. This role will involve providing technical support for our Equities trading system infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing disruption to operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provision of technical support for the service management function to resolve complex issues.
  • Execution of preventative maintenance tasks on hardware and software.
  • Maintenance of a knowledge base containing detailed documentation of resolved cases.
Requirements:
  • Proficient with Linux and Python scripting.
  • Experience working on algo platforms as a trading system engineer.
  • Equities background required.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum
