About the Role:
  • Support children with a range of SEN needs, including Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural difficulties.
  • Work with children across year groups, providing individualized support and assistance.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
Requirements:
  • Good degree from a reputable University.
  • Good understanding of SEN and its impact on children's learning.
  • Experience working with children with SEN, either in a previous role or through personal experience.
  • Passionate about supporting children with SEN and committed to providing high-quality care and education.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with children, parents, and staff.
